The Internal Elections Management Committee (IEMC) hereby gives notice of a joint meeting with the National Young Congress (NYC) and Executives of all NUAS Campuses.

Purpose of the Meeting:
To engage, brief, and align stakeholders on matters relating to internal party elections, NUAS Campus Elections, NYC and student coordination mechanisms, and related organizational issues.

Date: Sunday 11th January 2026
Time: 1:00pm
Venue: APC Party Office Freetown

Participants:
Members of the Internal Elections Management Committee (IEMC)
National Executive of the National Young Congress (NYC)
Executives of NUAS Campuses nationwide.

All invited participants are kindly requested to attend promptly and treat this meeting with the seriousness it deserves, as deliberations will be of strategic importance to the party’s internal democratic processes.
