NOTICE FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR APC INTERNAL ELECTIONS 2026 OBSERVER STATUS

The All People's Congress (APC), Internal Elections Management Committee (IEMC), invites credible institutions and APC Party stakeholders to express interest in OBSERVING the APC Internal Elections 2026 at all levels, including ward, constituency, district, regional, diaspora,-special organs, affiliate bodies, and the National Delegates Conference Eligible observers include the International Development Partners, Political Parties Regulation Commission, APC Elders' Council, APC Affiliate Groups, National Elections Watch, APC Honorary Patron Members (Nlot Contesting), APC Honorary Foundation Members (Not Contesting).

All applications must be submitted exclusively through the official Observer Accreditation Form (See attached) issued by the IEMC. Only vetted and accredited applicants will be allowed to observe the elections. Accredited observers will be required to comply with the APC Constitution (March 7, 2022), Elections Rules and Regulations 2026, and IEMC Elections Manual and present report of their observation at the end of their task. Accreditation may be withdrawn for non-compliance.

The deadline for submission of completed accreditation forms will be not later than Friday 30th January 2026 The APC - IEMC reaffirms its commitment to credible, transparent, and democratic internal elections and welcomes observer participation to strengthen confidence in the process.
