RE: INVITATION TO JOINT MEETING WITH THE INTERNAL ELECTIONS MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (IEMC)

The Internal Elections Management Committee (IEMC) of the All People’s Congress (APC) presents its compliments to the National Executive of the National Union of APC Students (NUAS).

We write, through the leadership of the National Young Congress (NYC), to formally invite the NUAS National Executive to a joint strategic meeting convened by the IEMC in collaboration with the NYC and Executives of all NUAS Campuses nationwide.

The purpose of this meeting is to engage, brief, and align stakeholders on matters relating to internal party elections, NUAS Campus Elections, NYC–student coordination mechanisms, and other related organizational and electoral issues of strategic importance to the Party.

Meeting Details are as follows:
Date: Sunday, 11th January 2026
Time: 1:00 p.m.

Venue: APC Party Office, Freetown
Given the critical role of NUAS in mobilization, youth political development, and the internal democratic processes of the Party, the presence and active participation of the NUAS National Executive at this meeting are considered highly essential.
